Publication Guidelines
Navchintana Journal invites researchers and academicians to submit original, unpublished papers that are not under review elsewhere. Submissions should follow our prescribed format and may include any number of pages, figures, tables, and references. Each manuscript is evaluated based on originality, relevance, clarity, academic contribution, and presentation.
Steps to Publish Your Paper
- Submit Your Manuscript
→ Click here to [Submit Your Paper Online]
→ You will receive a submission confirmation and a unique Paper ID via email. - Peer Review & Notification
→ The editorial team will review your paper within 1–2 working days.
→ Acceptance or rejection notification will be sent via email. - Payment of Publication Charges
→ Upon acceptance, pay the applicable fees using our online payment methods. Submit Required Documents
→ Email the following documents in a single mail with your Paper ID in the subject line:Signed Undertaking Form
Final manuscript in DOC format (File name = Your Paper ID)
Identity Proof (Election card, PAN, College ID, or DL – scanned)
- Payment Proof (PDF or screenshot with date, amount, and transaction ID)Publication & Certificate
→ Your paper will be published within 1–2 days after we receive all documents.
→ Authors can download the Publication Certificate and confirmation from the [Track Paper] portal.
